  • All SALE purchases are FINAL SALE.
  • We highly recommend trying your shoes in your home with a sock or other foot covering if unsure of fit, color or style.
  • We do not accept worn Clothing and Footwear Returns.  Item must be in its original box in its original condition, including all items inside shoe box.  Please do not use the shoe box as shipping container. 
  • All products purchased from paulkarazshoes.com must be returned in their original condition.  If applicable this includes the items packaging, stuffing, dust covers etc.  
  • We reserve the right to deny credit for returned merchandise that does not meet our return policy.
  • Returns accepted 30 days from the original purchase date. 

 

Return Instructions:

    1. Have your order number ready. You can find this in your order history, packing slip or purchase confirmation email. 
    2. Click the button below to begin your return.  Complete the steps listed on the screen.
    3. You will have the option to print your return label, or you can show your QR code at one of the approved locations to have label printed for you. (The QR code will be provided via email once you book your return.)
    4. Take your return to any of the 31,000 US drop-off locations.
    5. Look for updates, as we’ll keep you informed so you can easily track the progress of your return and refund.
    6. We’ll deduct $7.95 from your refund to cover return shipping costs as well original shipping if your order qualified for free shipping.

At Paul Karaz Shoes we take great care in helping each customer select the right product for their purchase.  By shopping in-store we are able to assist in purchasing the proper size and fit.  Online shopping does not allow us to do the same and why we have adopted separate policies for these experiences.
