You will have the option to print your return label, or you can show your QR code at one of the approved locations to have label printed for you. (The QR code will be provided via email once you book your return.)
Take your return to any of the 31,000 US drop-off locations.
Look for updates, as we’ll keep you informed so you can easily track the progress of your return and refund.
We’ll deduct $7.95 from your refund to cover return shipping costs as well original shipping if your order qualified for free shipping.
