  • We highly recommend trying your shoes in your home with a sock or other foot covering if you unsure of fit, color or style.
  • We do not accept worn Clothing and Footwear Returns/Exchanges. Item must be in its original box in its original condition, including all items inside the shoe box.
  • If there is a manufacturers defect please let us know immediately at contact@paulkarazshoes.com this excludes normal wear.
  • Please Do Not use shoe box as shipping container.
  • Exchanges for style, color, or size are possible within 14 days of receiving your order and will be sent at no additional shipping cost. Please email contact@paulkarazshoes.com to get started.  
  • If you prefer a refund, please email contact@paulkarazshoes.com so that we know a shipment will be on its way.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Returns/exchanges post-marked up to 14 days from the purchase date are eligible for a full refund, minus original shipping costs.
  • Please note, we DO NOT accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds after 30 days of original purchase date - NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • We reserve the right to deny credit for returned merchandise that does not meet our return policy.
  • Please ship eligible items back using an insured, trackable parcel service - Paul Karaz Shoes will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

At Paul Karaz Shoes we take great care in helping each customer select the right product for their purchase.  By shopping in-store we are able to assist in purchasing the proper size and fit.  Online shopping does not allow us to do the same and why we have adopted separate policies for these experiences.
